Pramana is committed to develop people through trainings and offering a chance to young energetic to challenge themselves in Top position.
Five leaders of Pramana small property joined an intensive two days Management Development training program, held on September 13 & 14 2013 at Nick Hidden Cottage meeting room.
The participant were trained to become a good leader and manager in each Pramana unit through basic leadership training, Managing People, Managing Area, Managing Profit, Train the Trainer and communication training
The training delivered by Pramana Board directors was successful bringing the participant into the higher management level, and confidence to fill the new challenge in future Pramana Property.
