Management Development

Pramana is committed to develop people through trainings and offering a chance to young energetic to challenge themselves in Top position.

Five leaders of Pramana small property joined an intensive two days Management Development training program, held on September 13 & 14 2013 at Nick Hidden Cottage meeting room.

The participant were trained to become a good leader and manager in each Pramana unit through basic leadership training, Managing People, Managing Area, Managing Profit, Train the Trainer and communication training

The training delivered by Pramana Board directors was successful bringing the participant into the higher management level, and confidence to fill the new challenge in future Pramana Property.

Pramana is committed to encourage the young energetic head unit team to develop managerial and leadership skill. The workshop hold at Nick Hidden Meeting Room on 14 January 2014 was attended by all Head Unit property under Pramana management.

The team were guided to do counseling, maintaining their daily task, and strengthen the Pramana Service Value of Hospitality to be delivered to their team in each property.

The Workshop were conducted by Pramana Director of Business and Development supported by all corporate member and directors.

Today March 13 2014 all Pramana director joined with all corporate member and Head Unit visiting the Melanting and Pulaki temple in Singaraja to pray. This activity is apart of Pramana commitment in business to express to our God for all blessing and the truth guidance in running the business.
